9. Bram Stoker’s Dracula
Romantic horror film Bram Stoker’s Dracula grabs the 9th spot on our list. Directed by Francis Ford Coppola and starring Gary Oldman, Winona Ryder, Anthony Hopkins and Keanu Reeves, it tells the story of centuries old vampire Count Dracula who travels to England to find his wife who has been reincarnated. It gave cine-goers the iconic song Love Song for a Vampire by Annie Lennox, which was a worldwide hit. It was a huge commercial success earning more than $215 million, becoming the 9th highest-grosser of that year. Critically too, it was highly acclaimed.
