3. Kangchenjunga (Height: 8,586 m)
It rests partly in India and partly in Nepal, and although it’s third on the list, it’s actually the second highest mountain peaks in the Himalayas. People of Darjeeling and Sikkim have been worshiping in the mountain for a long time, but it was first conquered by Joe Brown and George Band in the year 1955. Kangchenjunga has also appeared in literature and films quite a few time. Part of the 1999 James Bond film, High Time to Kill was shot here.
