Breaking into the top three is video-sharing website YouTube with 1 billion active users. It was founded by Steve Chen, Chad Hurley and Jawed Karim. It was launched in 2005. It now operates as one of Google’s subsidiaries. It allows users to upload, view, share, rate, add to favorites, comment and report videos. Users can also subscribe to other users.
