4. Joseph Kony
Joseph Rao Kony leads a Uganda based guerrilla group known as the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA). Kony claims to be a messenger of God and advocates turning Uganda into a theocracy. The government of Uganda had chared LRA with crimes like sex slaves and child soldiers. As a result of the group’s activities, millions of people have become homeless. It’s worth noting that of recent, LRA’s hold over the country has loosened. Therefore, Kony is no longer considered a national threat. None-the-less, he remains one of the most dangerous criminals on our planet waiting to bounce back.
