8. Ibrahim al-Asiri
Located in the Arabian Peninsula, Ibrahim Hassan Tali al-Asiri is the chief bomb-maker of al-Qaeda. The bombs that he made were allegedly used in as at least three big suicide bombing terrorist attacks, and those are Christmas Day bomb plot in 2009, cargo plane bomb plot in 2010 and the May 8th, 2012 Terror Plot. Ibrahim is one of the most wanted terrorists in Saudi Arabia, and there were rumors that he died during a drone attack in 2011 but the rumors are unfounded.
