6. Ayman al-Zawahiri
Ayman Mohammed Rabie al-Zawahiri has helmed al-Qaeda since the fall of Osama bin Laden. Before coming to the leadership position, Ayman al-Zawahiri held a senior position in radical Islamist organizations and helped to carry out terrorist attacks throughout the world, most notably in the Middle East and North America. Following 9/11, the US has offered $25 million for any information that may lead the capture of Ayman al-Zawahiri.
