2. Toyota MR2
Toyota MR2 is of the few cars on our list that has had a really long and successful run in the market. Manufactured between 1984 and 2007, it’s a two seater, rear-wheel-drive, mid-engined sports car that ran for three generations – W10 (1984–1989), W20 (1990–1999) and W30 (2000–2007). The car is not just popular on accounts of being powerful but also due to its style and responsive handling. As per unofficial reports, Toyota has expressed a desire to create a new range of cars that’ll be somewhat of a successor to the MR2.
