4. Saddam Hussein
Saddam Hussein Abd al-Majid al-Tikriti was the President of Iraq and one of the notorious dictators in the history. Although he was sometimes praised for the outright opposition of the United States, Hussein was responsible for various purges and genocides. The US invaded Iraq and executed him on charges of crimes against humanity. Hussein was in power for 34 years until the day he was executed by the US.
