The 8th most expensive celebrity divorce belongs to American actor Harrison Ford and American film and television screenwriter Melissa Mathison. Ford was previously married to Mary Marquardt, with whom he was together from 1964 until their divorce in 1979. Four years later in 1983, Ford married Mathison, with whom he has two children. He divorced from her in 2001, after 18 years of marriage. The divorce settlement was to grant Mathison a whopping $85 million dollars. Mathison passed away in 2015.
