3. Colin Hanks

Colin Lewes Hanks is an American actor. He was born in Sacramento, California, to actors Samantha Lewes and Tom Hanks.

Colin is best-known for his work as “Jack Bailey” in the series, The Good Guys (2010) and as “Alex Whitman” in Roswell (1999). Hanks’ best-known film role may be in the teen movie, Orange County (2002), with Jack Black.

Colin’s father, Thomas Jeffrey Hanks was born in Concord, California, to Janet Marylyn (Frager), a hospital worker, and Amos Mefford Hanks, an interant cook.

His father had English and some German, ancestry, while his mother’s family, originally surnamed “Fraga”, was entirely Portuguese.

Tom grew up in what he has called a “fractured” family, but that did not stop him from achieving success as an actor.
