7. Rocky Mountain Oysters:
This is a type of food found mostly in the United States and Canada. The name does not actually refer to the oysters we know. The food is prepared from the testicles of young bulls, pigs, or sheep. After peeling, you pound and cover them with flour, pepper, and salt. You then deep fry to come up with the delicacy, which is often used as an appetizer.
